The apartment is conveniently located near the train station, with tram and bus stops right in front of the building, and the city center only 3 km away—making it easy to explore. Nearby amenities include supermarkets, Ahoy Rotterdam, a variety of cultural restaurants, De Kuip (Feyenoord Stadium), and a park. Respecteer de volgende regels svp. Privékamer, badkamer en keuken 1. Roken is niet toegestaan in het huis en geen drugs. 2. Geen feestjes en harde muziek. 3. Wees schoon, respectvol en zorgzaam. 4. Doe je schoenen uit in het huis voor hygiënische doeleinden. 5. Wees bij het afwassen voorzichtig dat het water niet op de laminaatvloer valt. 6. Gebruikte handdoeken in de daarvoor bestemde wasmand. 7. Zet de gas/verwarming/lichten/apparaten uit als je weggaat en laat ze niet constant aan. 8. Sluit altijd de deuren. Keuken 9. Bij het koken in de keuken graag opruimen na gebruik. 10. Gebruik de meegeleverde snijplanken en onderzetters om schade aan het aanrecht te voorkomen. Badkamer 11. Als je de badkamer gebruikt, ruim dan indien nodig op (bijvoorbeeld make-up, bij het scheren, los haar of te veel water op de vloer). Seperate gasprice is only applicable during the winterperiod.
