The room is equipped with all comforts such as a smart TV, ceiling fan, and air conditioning. Among the shared spaces, there is a 20 sqm living area with a table and chairs for 4-5 people. Guests also have access to the kitchen with cooking utensils and a refrigerator. There's a 60 sqm outdoor patio for drying clothes and a washing machine. The monthly rent is €700 + €150 for expenses. The room is available for a minimum period of 6 months and a maximum period of 12 months. AREA Zone Description RENTAL CONDITIONS: Rooms are recommended for Erasmus students. An Italian tax code is required. It is important to indicate the faculty or reason for the temporary stay. Residency is not possible.
