Please note: - The bills are exact and are 155 euros per month (includes electricity, gas, water, internet). - A one-off €100 is charged for contract management fees (in addition to half the cost of contract registration). - Bed sheets, duvets, pillowcases, and towels (two sets of sheets and pillowcases, one duvet, one bath towel, two face towels, and two bidet cloths) can be rented for an additional optional charge of €70. - Check-in is from 14 to 18.30 on weekdays. An additional €50 is charged for check-in after hours, a €100 for check-in on Saturday and Sunday, and €200 for check-in on national holidays Italians. 2. Please note that the deposit must be settled prior to check-in either through a direct bank transfer to ensure it is received by the check-in date or by cash payment upon arrival.
