Per il II semestre il periodo MINIMO di locazione è dal 1° Marzo al 31 Luglio; se disponibile è possibile aggiungere gennaio e febbraio oltre che agosto - Inquilini: la casa é composta da studenti o giovani lavoratori 20-28 anni. Si tende a mantenere un'occupazione divisa equamente tra inquilini di genere maschile e femminile.
