🍁 Welcome to our 5-person shared apartment in Pasing! 🍁 We have recently founded a new WG (shared flat) at Nimmerfallstraße 47 and are looking for like-minded people to join us. While everyone has their own private space, we value an open, friendly atmosphere and harmonious living. Cleanliness and mutual respect are our top priorities. The Location The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area in the Munich district of Pasing, offering a perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility: Transport: Excellent links via Pasing station (S-Bahn main line and long-distance trains) are just a short distance away. Amenities: Numerous shops, the Pasing Arcaden, cafes, and restaurants are all within easy reach. Nature: Green spaces and the Würm river are right on your doorstep, providing plenty of opportunities for recreation and relaxation. Key Terms & Conditions Minimum Lease: 9 months.
