A villa está localizado na Vila da Luz mesmo ao lado da cidade de Lagos no Algarve. Tudo fica a pouca distância, 2 minutos da praia, 2 minutos dos bares e restaurantes mais próximos e 5 minutos do supermercado e farmácia. A moradia tem dois pisos e permite a ocupação máxima de 6 pessoas. No piso inferior encontram-se quatro quartos, dois deles com beliche e uma cama individual e os restantes com uma cama individual / casal. Todas as roupas de cama e toalhas são fornecidas. Existem duas casas de banho partilhadas no piso térreo com secador de cabelo. No piso superior encontra-se um WC de serviço, cozinha e uma ampla sala com grande terraço com vista para o mar. Há wi-fi grátis em toda a casa e tv a cabo na espaçosa sala de estar. No exterior existem várias varandas com redes e puffs onde pode relaxar após um dia de surf ou simplesmente descontrair com uma boa garrafa de vinho português. Não é permitido fumar dentro de casa.
