Rental Conditions: Availability: Now Minimum Stay: 4 months. Utilities: Electricity, gas, and water are included. Internet and weekly cleaning cost approx. €25–35/month per person. Payment: 2 months’ rent in advance (1st and last month) + security deposit. Guest Policy: Guests are allowed (€10/night).
