Update: I may be away during part of your stay, so you might have the flat to yourself — this may change in the meantime. The room: Very spacious, cosy, fully furnished bedroom in a T2 apartment, with a private balcony facing a car-free staircase towards Miradouro de Santo Amaro. Sunbathed by late afternoon light this time of year, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a queen-size bed, a large wardrobe, a brand-new desk, shelving, and extra storage. Bed linen and towels included, along with other amenities and décor when not in use elsewhere. The flat (66 sqm): Quiet, sunny, and well-kept apartment by Miradouro de Santo Amaro, in Alcântara — close to LX Factory, with public transport at the door and the river within walking distance. The living room is large and bright, with a big balcony and open views over the bridge and the river, beautiful in every season. About me and the space: The apartment is shared only with me — a Portuguese designer and photographer based in Lisbon. I'm an ambivert creative person who loves keeping home a calm, cosy place to recharge, and I'd love to share it with someone organised, clean, and considerate — someone who appreciates comfort, calmness, and easy coexistence. House rules: The space works best for someone who respects quiet living — no unannounced visitors, no overnight guests, no parties or loud music. It's a genuine home and I'd love to keep it feeling that way. Practical details: Any duration is welcome, as long as the dynamic feels good for both of us. No couples (non-negotiable). One to two deposits required, depending on the length of stay.
