Das Haus liegt fußläufig ( 2 Min) zum Naturschutzgebiet, der Rheinaue mit Strandpromenade. Ein beliebtes Örtchen bei Kölner Insidern. Es liegt 3 Minuten Fußweg von der Endhaltestelle der Linie 16 entfernt, mit welcher man in genau 8 Minuten am Dom und in 23 Minuten an der Uni ist. Die Autobahn ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Großsupermärkte, Kiosk, Bäckerreien, Dönerbude, Post, Krankenhaus und die Bushaltestelle & Bahnhaltestelle s Die Zimmerbelegung ist auf einzelne Personen ausgerichtet. Eine mehrfachbelegung durch weitere Personen ist nicht gewünscht. Bei Einzug muss eine Mieterhaftpflichtversicherung vorgelegt werden. Es ist ein Chilliges gemütliches Haus welches gerne freundliche Menschen willkommen heißt!
