Il est entièrement meublé situé dans le très prisé quartier du Châtelain à Bruxelles. Le logement en bref: Deux chambres (une disponible, voir les photos dans l’annonce) Une salle de bain commune Deux WC Grand jardin privé Étage 0 : salon, salle à manger et espace bureau ultra lumineux et cuisine. Étage -1 : chambres + salle de bain, wc et cave et buanderie Cuisine équipée Maison entièrement meublée Localisation idéale : dans une rue calme à deux pas des bars, restos, commerces et transports du Châtelain. Loyer : 950( par personne prix revu a la baisse apres la souscription a un contrat d'électricité avantageux) (charges incluse: eau, gaz, électricité, wifi) Je recherche une personne : propre, respectueux(se), sociable.
