About this flat share/ WG: apartments total size 127 m2 There are in total 6 rooms in 2 apartments which are connected with internal stairs. This room is on the upper level. Upper level: 3 rooms, 2 toilets, 1 shower cabin, and an apartment entrance. Lower level: 3 rooms, kitchen (with microwave, e-stove, refrigerator etc.), and another apt entrance. Lage - 3 mins nice walk to the subway station “Kiebitzweg” - 18 mins direct train ride to Neumarkt - 22 mins direct train ride to Cologne main station - 20 mins bike ride to the university - within 10 mins walk to supermarket- Penny, McDonald’s, OL’Osteria, Cafe Del Sol etc. -within 10 mins bike ride is a big shopping mall- Hürth Park, where there is nearly everything one needs - direct train ride to Bonn central (around 40 mins) WG-Leben 6er WG, we are either students or young professionals, one of us is moving out, so we are looking for one more WGer to share the space together, welcome to join the international atmosphere WG here! Ideally candidate for this place would be open-minded, international, and young :) Sonstiges Up to 100 Mb fast WiFi. Street parking available. Indoor bike parking available in (hidden)ment. Wash lounge with over 5 washing machines and dryers available in (hidden)ment, no waiting time! We would like to look for somebody who stays at least 6 months here, but exception could be given to a good fit.
