Hello :) We rent a cozy room with lots of light, near the Carlos III University of Getafe (UC3M), without an agency involved, we are the owners. The apartment is on the third floor, out of four that the building has, and the room in particular is interior, the windows are large and overlook a patio that allow a lot of natural light to pass through, so the space is very bright. -The apartment has a good distribution, comfortable and functional: a living-dining room with a sofa and television, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. -The room is equipped with everything you need for your day to day: a comfortable bed (135cm), a wardrobe, a desk and a chair to (hidden) has individual electric heating and the windows are Climalit PVC. -The location is excellent: it is very close to different public transport options, a few meters from the Juan de la Cierva metro station (line 12) and the Cercanías Las Margaritas (hidden) addition, you will have all kinds of services at your fingertips, such as supermarkets, shops and restaurants. -The community is very quiet, as is the area where the apartment is located. The room is available for a monthly price of 410 euros, which is a very competitive price for the Getafe area. The water, electricity and internet supplies go separately and are prorated among all the (hidden) addition, a weekly cleaning service of the common areas is included, also by the tenant, so you can enjoy a clean and tidy space without worrying about a thing.All these expenses range between 50 and 60 euros per month.
