The rental price is per room and varies depending on the room size. All rooms are fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, bedside table, desk and chair. Bed linen and towels are included. The shared areas consist of a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator), one bathroom and a hallway. WiFi is available throughout the apartment. The flat is completely move-in ready. Location: Located close to Alte Oper and Frankfurt city center. Zeil, Fressgass, restaurants, shops and public transport are within 2–5 minutes walking distance. Flat Share: As this is a newly established flat share, future tenants can shape the shared living environment together. Ideal for students, young professionals or commuters looking for central accommodation. Additional Information: The entire flat can also be rented on a temporary basis. In this case, tenants may form their own group and divide the costs internally. This option is preferably offered to companies renting the apartment for their employees. WLAN ist vorhanden Vodafone 1000. Die Wohnung ist komplett einzugsfertig. Lage: Zentrale Lage nahe Alte Oper und Frankfurter Innenstadt. Zeil, Fressgass, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in 2–5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. WG-Leben: Da es sich um eine Neugründung handelt, kann das WG-Leben gemeinsam gestaltet werden. Ideal für Studierende, Berufstätige oder Pendler, die zentral wohnen möchten.
