Dispone anche di TV 32 pollici. LOCATION L’appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla e riservata ed è stato pensato e creato con spazi armoniosi e organizzati che possano facilitarti nello studio. Dista 600 mt dal Campus Universitario, 500 mt dalla stazione ferroviaria e 500 mt dalla bellissima piazza Saffi. Vi si accede attraverso uno splendido parco di proprietà ed è sito al secondo piano con ascensore di un palazzo di pregio con quattro stanze singole e una Suite ad uso singolo, tutte le stanze con parquet ed è stato ricavato un ampio open space con cucina/zona in comune ed ampio balcone. L’appartamento è servito da due bagni con doccia e WIFI in tutti gli ambienti. Le pulizie vengono effettuate 1 volta al mese negli spazi comuni.
