Dista 600 mt dal Campus Universitario, 500 mt dalla stazione ferroviaria e 500 mt dalla bellissima piazza Saffi. Vi si accede attraverso uno splendido parco di proprietà ed è sito al secondo piano con ascensore di un palazzo di pregio con quattro stanze singole e una Suite ad uso singolo, tutte le stanze con parquet ed è stato ricavato un ampio open space con cucina/zona in comune ed ampio balcone.
