Situated in a strategic location, the university campus is just a 10-minute walk away, and the city centre is easily accessible by crossing the road. The bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the building. There is also a beautiful park called "Parco Urbano" just behind the building. The flat offers amenities such as a private car park and a garage for bicycles. All necessary kitchen equipment, including a microwave, cutlery, pans, oven, and fridge, is provided. Additionally, there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Please note that the flat has been recently refurbished so you may find additional furniture and different wall colours. In addition to the rent, the monthly bills of 140 euros (all-inclusive) cover internet, heating, gas, electricity, etc. The rental period is by semester: September to January (first semester, 5 months) and February to July (second semester, 6 months). August is optional for those wishing to spend their holidays in Italy. To book, follow these steps: 1. Please get in touch with me first.
