The house is maintained with care and attention to ensure a comfortable and pleasant shared living experience. Located in a quiet and authentic residential area of Florence, about 15–20 minutes on foot from the historic center. Bus lines 23 and C4 stop two minutes away, with direct connections to the University of Florence, Polimoda, and Istituto Marangoni. A coin laundry is available just a 3-minute walk away.
