Downstairs, there is a yoga studio where small, female-only yoga classes take place 2 or 3 times per week. The building is a fragrance-free zone due to allergies. This property has a relaxing vibe, peaceful and quiet. Visitors are not permitted. The house is located in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood in Dublin 7. It is an ideal location for a professional person or a mature student looking for peaceful accommodation. The Park is wonderful for walking, running, or simply enjoying nature and wildlife. There are wild deer roaming free! There are also cafes there and Dublin Zoo or you can rent a bike. There are 2 bus stops nearby either on Blackhorse Avenue (37, N2) or on Navan Road (numerous).
