Welcoming, you to fresh and newly decorated single and double bedroom available in a quite family home. Our home is situated on multiple bus routes to the City Centre and is 5 minutes walk to Marino Institute and 30 minute walk to DCU. We are a warm and caring family who enjoy exchanging stories and sharing cultural experiences. We would like to host someone quiet and friendly and who is here to study in a safe and peaceful environment. We enjoy engaging with our guests and also respect our guests privacy. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen facilities and times are flexible and can be co-ordinated with the family.I live in a 4 bedroom house on griffith avenue which is very central to all local amenities and ten minute bus ride to city centre also close to local colleges. I live with my son. I have a large kitchen/ dining room and separate sitting room. There is wifi throughout the house. All bills included Please note that I require guests to pay one month in advance with the first month as a security deposit. This amount would be non-refundable in case they shorten their stay or fail to pay the monthly rent.
