TU Dortmund university can be reached by public transport in about 25–35 minutes. Additional Information: Tenants are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay. A one-time membership fee of €90 applies. Upon move-out, tenants must pay a mandatory bed linen fee of €30 and a cleaning fee of €130.
