wij verhuren een lichte kamer in een appartement in delft tuin,wasmachine roken en huisdieren niet toegestaan rustig gelegen in een woonwijk,onmiddellijk verbinding naar de snelweg parking gratis voor de deur fietsen stalling prive en ook gemeenschappelijk, grote berging,dicht bij een koopcentrum en banken het appartement wordt slechts door 2 personen bewoond het is volledig gemeubeld.alles is aanwezig. ligging 1.7km van de TU delft wij willen graan een Belgische student de huurprijs bedraagt 830 euro per maand kale huurprijs internet word gedeeld basis gebruik voor verwarming en water zijn inbegrepen, extreem verbruik wordt aangerekend borgsom van 3 maanden wordt aangerekend te bezichtigen vanaf 1/7/2026 minimum 2 jaar huren wij zoeken enkel ernstige studenten en geen fuifnummers want dit stoort de buren
