Additional features include a flat-screen TV, WiFi, and access to laundry facilities located inside the building. This entire apartment, including bedrooms, can be fully furnished by June upon request. Bedrooms in this unit vary in size. Two rooms can accommodate queen-size beds and additional furniture like nightstands and dressers or personal workspaces. The third bedroom is big enough for a full-size bed. The bonus fourth bedroom can hold a twin-size bed but would make for a great home office for those in need of such accommodations. Three of the four bedrooms offer walk-in closets, while the fourth contains an armoire. You have the option of renting a single room or the entire apartment if you need more space. Both bathrooms have been recently remodeled and feature chrome fixtures, modern lighting, and new tile floors. The full-bathroom offers a bathtub and shower combination. An eat-in kitchen comes equipped with full-size stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and an over-the-range microwave. Black quartz countertops and a subway tile backsplash match the decor, which includes custom cream-colored cabinets. The kitchen is large enough to support a two-person dining table. The living area is warm and inviting, with ample room for a sectional couch and coffee table. There is a closet in the living room, providing additional storage space.
