The apartment is furnished with new furniture as well as the room; it is located a few meters from bus stop, supermarket, pubs, restaurants, pharmacies, stores, the famous shopping street of the center, the herb market, etc. The university is within walking distance in a few minutes. It consists of elegant entrance hall, large openspace equipped with all comforts (TV area with sofa bed and super-equipped dining area with access to the large private livable terrace), large windowed bathroom with new bathtub/shower, large storage room, 2 double bedrooms of which already occupied by another student. The rooms are both usable for single use to leave space even in the common parts in a decidedly large house. Relevant basement.
