My name is Conny, I’m 57 years, and last year I turned my life upside down. I worked in film and TV production for over 25 years, and now I’m training to become a Waldorf teacher and physical education teacher. My son moved out two years ago, so that a 25-year-old student is living with me until December 2026. Our cat, Happy, is another member of our household. We live in an 120qm appartment in the quiet, green neighborhood of Wannsee in southern Berlin. The forest and the lake are just a couple of minutes away. Your private, furnished room is about 15 square meters and has a large window overlooking the greenery. We share the kitchen, the small bathroom with shower and bathtub, and the large, shaded terrace. From there, you can access the 400-square-meter garden. Supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, post office, and other amenities are within walking distance. The bus and train run every few minutes, and you can reach the center of Berlin in 30 minutes. A bike is available to borrow for free.
