Ideal for one person. No couples. The apartment: 4 bedrooms. 1 full bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, washing machine, oven, microwave, and utensils. No elevator (top floor, lots of light). No heating (butane gas for hot water and cooking is paid separately). Coexistence: Quiet atmosphere. Wifi included in the price. Price includes: water, electricity, and internet. Does not include: gas cylinder (for cooking and hot water). Unbeatable location: On Comercio Street, a stone's throw from Orzán beach. Area with all services: supermarkets, bars, shops, and bus stops (6, 6A, 7, 12, 12A, 14, 20, 22, and BUH). Very well connected.
