Preferred age 19-30! • Security deposit is paid in full at the beginning Admin FEE Includes following services: • Helping to choose the best accommodation suitable for your needs, • contract preparation, • Translation of the contract to English, • Room preparation with set of bed linen, • Payment for airport transfer from Chopin airport or place where are you staying in Warsaw to your new flat, • Issuing all necessary documents required to obtain PESEL number or „zameldowanie", - representing you in communications with flat owner. • Taking care of keeping flat in good technical condition for use when issues arise, and they are not tenant fault. • Cleaning service that comes once every two months to clean the kitchen and bathroom • Final cleaning + 400 PLN when You're leaving the apartment. • Single Occupancy Only • There is a weekly tidiness control that is carried out by sending a video of bathroom and kitchen to the landlord. Each week different room is responsible for sending the video. So in 3 person apartment it will be Your responsibility once every 3 weeks.
