In the neighbourhood you can find anything you need: In front of the house there are two Supermarkets, the Public Library where many students gather to study. There are also a lot of bars, restaurants and pubs where young people go. Just outside the door you can also find the bus stop Craducci-Felisati, where you can catch the bus to Venice. The Tram Stop is 50 metres away. This includes: -All the bills (Electricity, Water, Gas, Heating) - All the expenses for the condominium - Optical Fiber Internet Wi-FI - Assistance service in case of Maintenance Works - An Apartment Manager at your disposal to help you in everything you need You will also have a Chat Group of the apartment in case of need or emergency and to communicate with your Apartment Manager. To finalize your reservation, you must: ✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract ✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract ✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration ⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled. 🔔 Please note: Rent payments are made bimonthly or quarterly.
