The fee to be paid upon arrival is a one-time and non-refundable sum that includes electricity, hot and cold water, condominium expenses, cleaning at check-in and check-out, elevator fees, waste tax, heating, ordinary maintenance, and wifi connection. It is a complete, "ALL-INCLUSIVE" payment, and there will be no additional charges during the stay. However, in case of improper or negligent use of utilities causing a significant and extraordinary increase compared to the average calculated consumption per person, the additional cost will be calculated and divided equally among all tenants in the house.
