La maison, composée de 4 chambres et d'un piscine, est à 5 minutes des plages (Anse Magaud, Méjean) et proche de l’université, des bus et des commerces. La chambre proposée est lumineuse, avec bureau, rangements, une salle de bain privative, juste à côté de la cuisine. Nous sommes deux à vivre dans la maison, ma fille et moi, et nous aimerions accueillir un étudiant, idéalement étranger. 📅 Disponible dès novembre 2025 💰 400 / mois (charges comprises)
