✨Light-flooded room is looking for new residents✨ A furnished room will be available in our beautiful shared apartment and now we might be looking for you :) Here again the Hard Facts about the house: - furnished room *without a mattress - fitted kitchen with a dining area - bathroom - separate toilet - washing machine - dishwasher The additional costs include the following items. - heating - water - sewage - garbage - caretaker service Additional costs which are not included: - electricity - internet - the using of the kitchen will be charged with a one-time payment of 200,00 €. Location: The shared flat is located right next to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn station Nürnberger Straße (1 min walk), but you can hardly hear the train at all. The street is in a cul-de-sac, which is why street noise is not a problem or hardly present. There are plenty of parking spaces on the side of the street. A Penny is within walking distance (approx. 7 min). A bakery, doner kebab and many other shopping facilities can also be found in the Bad Canstatt city centre (Lidl, Kaufland, Müller, dm, etc.) and are only a few minutes away by underground/train. Within 7 minutes you can reach Stuttgart main station with the S2 or S3, which run every 5-10 minutes at peak times. The upper Kurpark with its marvellous views is just a few minutes' walk away. Shared flat life: We are looking for a flatmate for our vacant room. Cleanliness and tidiness are important to us and of course there is a cleaning schedule in the shared flat.
