Home is in a prime location, short walk to Cal Poly and downtown SLO, and features recent updates throughout including all new kitchen appliances and washer and dryer, fresh paint, new bathroom vanities and lighting fixtures throughout the home. The available room is 110 square feet and bills are shared four ways. Housemates are a Cal Poly students, looking for a clean/responsible/respectful student. Please: no room shares. Room is for 1 person, No Smoking or Pets Please No smoking allowed, looking for motivated students only, 12 month lease effective Sept 1st.
