The room: - Post code 3061PP. - Furnished room of approximately 25m2 - Located on the 1st floor of the building - Large window double glassed facing south-west Shared facilities - Modern kitchen & Toilet, spacious bathroom - Balcony facing green and quiet communal backyard Public transport: - Tram 7, 1min by foot, to Erasmus University - Central station approx. 10min by bike - Metro Gerdesiaweg approx.5min by foot, to Erasmus University directly 2 stops Financial overview: - Price is for one person excl. Utility. You share the Gas/electricity cost with the co-tenant who subscribed the energy company, you pay water and internet cost to the landlord. - One- time Mandatory cleaning fee: €180 by checking out. - One-time admin check in/out costs : €650 non-refundable - Security deposit: 2 months' rent (to be paid to the landlord before move-in/key handover) - Liability & contents insurance required (approx. €10/month, to be arranged by the tenant) - city tax tenants part, pay directly to tax office when you received the bill - Optional: One-time offering of clean bedding sheet set & duvet: €150(to be paid to the landlord before move-in/key handover) - one time extra cleaning by check in €180 Please note these rules before you book: - Not possible for viewing before booking and when its still occupied. - Contract type MONTHLY meaning you pay full month no matter which day you start to rent! - Deposit: to be paid to landlord's bank account after booking. - Pets: only Cat is acceptable.
