Because our housemate is going on exchange for six months, we are looking for a new female housemate for the period from July 10th until December 31st on Struisenburgstraat in Kralingen! The room is 23 m2 and costs €636 per month including utilities. A little introduction: We are Sophie and Elies. Sophie (23) is currently doing the master’s program in Crisis and Security in Leiden. She enjoys cooking and loves going to parties (hard house/trance). On weekends she is often at her parents’ place in Brabant, so she definitely knows Brabant-style gezelligheid! Elies (26) is studying for her master’s in Indirect Taxation in Rotterdam. Her hobbies are knitting, going to the cinema, and having drinks. So having a Cineville pass is definitely a plus!🤪 Even though we have a very cozy and friendly atmosphere at home, we are not around all the time! We are looking for a housemate who already has her own life in Rotterdam and preferably is doing a master’s degree as well, but who also enjoys having dinner together every now and then. We also appreciate keeping the house clean, and we work with a cleaning schedule. During the week we like to keep things calm, but in the weekends there’s always time for a drink :) Does this sound like the perfect place for you?
