I colori delle pareti sono stati scelti con cura per creare un’atmosfera positiva e favorire la concentrazione durante lo studio. Situato al 4° piano, l'appartamento è luminoso e ben organizzato. È composto da tre stanze, tutte suite con letto alla francese (140x200 cm), oltre a una cucina e un bagno condivisi. L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato per rispondere alle esigenze degli studenti, offrendo spazi funzionali e accoglienti. È dotato di Wi-Fi e di una cucina completa di tutti gli accessori essenziali. PERIODI: da Set a Feb o da Mar ad Ago o da Set ad Ago. PAGAMENTI: Come conferma della prenotazione è dovuto il primo mese + la Admin Fee Il restante importo verrà corrisposto in 4 rate trimestrali per periodi di locazione di almeno 10 mesi o in 2 rate trimestrali negli altri casi. The wall colors are thoughtfully chosen to create a positive atmosphere and support focus while studying. Located on the 4th floor, the apartment is bright and well-organized. It consists of three rooms, all suites with 140x200 cm beds, as well as a shared kitchen and bathroom. The apartment has been renovated to meet students’ needs, offering functional and comfortable spaces. It is equipped with Wi-Fi and a kitchen with all essential accessories. PERIODS: from Sep to Feb or from Mar to Aug or from Sep to Aug. PAYMENTS: The first month's fee + the Admin Fee is due as confirmation of the booking The remaining amount will be paid in 4 quarterly installments for rental periods of at least 10 months or in 2 quarterly installments in other cases.
