La camera è dotata di un letto singolo con due cassetti, un armadio a 3 ante con specchio, scrivania, comodino, scarpiera. I colori delle pareti favoriscono il buonumore e aiutano nello studio. Situato al secondo piano, molto luminoso e spazioso. Doppio affaccio e vista ampia. È composto da ingresso, cucina con balcone, un grande bagno con doccia in vasca ed un bagno più piccolo con box doccia. 4 suite singole con letto alla francese e 2 stanze con letto singolo. L'appartamento è ristrutturato in funzione di ciò che occorre agli studenti. Dotato di WI-FI, lavatrice, cucina equipaggiata degli accessori di base per cucinare. PAGAMENTI: Come conferma della prenotazione è dovuto il primo mese + la Admin Fee Il restante importo verrà corrisposto in 4 rate trimestrali per periodi di locazione di almeno 10 mesi o in 2 rate trimestrali negli altri casi. Located on the 2nd floor, very bright and spacious with a wide view. It consists of an entrance, kitchen with balcony, a large bathroom with shower in the tub and a smaller bathroom with shower. 4 single suites with a French bed and 2 rooms with a single bed. The apartment is refurbished according to everything our students need. Equipped with Wi-Fi (Fiber), washing machine, kitchen equipped with basic accessories. RENTAL PERIODS: from Sep to Feb OR from Mar to Aug OR from Sep to Aug. PAYMENTS: As booking confirmation the first month + the UNA TANTUM admin fee is due The remaining amount will be paid in 4 quarterly instalments for rental period longer at least 10 months or in 2 quarterly instalments in the other cases.
