Fully furnished room in the 2nd floor apartment. Heat, electricity, internet included. Shared kitchen and bathroom, laundry room in the basement. The apartment is very big, on the 2nd floor of the house and has a big balcony. The house is located in district 104, short walking distance to bus stop. Frequent bus to the center, takes 15min to reach HÍ and HR. The area is called Laugardalur or Hot Spring-Valley and is very nice and calm with a lot of trees and birds. The largest Iceland ́s thermal swimming pool, botanical garden and domestic animal zoo are in a few minutes walk. Three gyms in the neighborhood and good jogging paths around and along the ocean shore. A little mall Glæsibær is 3 min walk away from the house There located few restaurants, bakery and 24h supermarket. Shopping point Holtagarðar is 15 min away, there also car rental, mini golf and liquor store are located. Main house rules No smoking in the apartment or stairway No guests overnight*. Keep quiet at night and respect your flatmates. Cleaning is according to schedule. *Visitor from abroad is allowed for a short stay( up to 1 week), visitor gets spare bed and pays 2000 ISK/day.
