The Student house U Průhonu is situated in one of the coolest neighborhoods in Europe and it is an ideal solution for students, young professionals, or couples! Locals often call this part of Prague a Little Berlin, which is how you will feel living there. Calm and safe area, yet full of galleries, coffee places, clubs, bars, and restaurants. Your connection with the city center will secure a tram with a stop just around the corner or metro station within walking distance. You come across the largest park in Prague, the Zoo, or the Vltava river in the opposite direction. Let us offer you fully equipped Double room uitable for people under 26 years old: Private bedroom, shared bathroom and fridge with maximum 1 other guest and shared kitchen with the hob, microwave, kettle and oven. There are 2 single beds (90/200 cm), 2 wardrobes and desk for 2 people with the lamps and chairs. We also provide basic set of dishes and bed linen for each guest. If you don’t have a roommate or prefer to stay in the room by yourself, we can offer you this Double room as a single occupancy for monthly rental amount 820 EUR (security deposit would be 1 640 EUR). The building has a laundry room with drying and washing machines, which are available for use under the fee of 60 CZK. There are 2 study rooms and playroom fully at your disposal. Common areas are cleaned 5 days a week and every week the disinfection of common areas takes place as well. Reception operates from 8 am until 7 pm and then the security guard is present for the whole night. Please note that in case your stay is shorter than 61 consecutive calendar days, we will ask you to pay the city tax in the amount of 50 CZK/per day/per person upon your arrival.
