Property Details: Newly renovated furnished apartment. Under one lock are 1x single Standard room (8 m2), 1x double Premium room (13 m2) and a special 2-bed suite with a balcony (20 m2). The apartment has a shared hallway, toilet, bathroom and a number of storage spaces. Tenants have access to the common areas of the main building (as you can see some photos below). Cancellation Policy: Strict Security Deposit: Equal to 1 rent, to be paid before check-in Contract Type: Monthly Address: Mrkvičkova (hidden) Insurance: Mandatory (400 CZK annually) Admin Fee: 1250 CZK annually Registration: Required to the address Couples: Not allowed Pets: Not allowed Smoking: Not allowed Bills: Included in rent Description: Rent Payment: Rent is due by the 20th day of the previous month. Security Deposit: The security deposit must be paid before check-in. Check-in: Guests can check in no earlier than 14:00 (2 pm), by prior arrangement. Check-out: Guests must vacate the room by 12:00 on the last day. Failure to do so may result in an additional charge. Quiet Hours: From 22:00 to 06:00 (10 pm to 6 am), quiet hours must be observed. Violation may result in fines. Room Regulations: Moving furniture, making repairs, or interventions without prior consent is not allowed. Electrical Appliances: Guests may only use personal hygiene appliances. Use of other electrical appliances is not allowed. Common Area Cleanliness: Clients must maintain cleanliness in common areas. Report any electrical appliance defects immediately to reception. Visitors: Visits allowed daily between 9 am and 7 pm. Overnight stays are strictly prohibited unless properly registered.
