Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and all essential cookware. Enjoy your dishes in the adjacent dining area - an ideal spot to share travel stories and meet fellow guests. Step outside and discover our charming outdoor space, perfect for soaking up the sunshine with a morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine at sunset. With its central location, the house is conveniently close to local attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to experience everything the city has to offer. Important to know: - No smoking policy: Zero tolerance for smoking on the property. Any evidence (smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.) will result in a minimum €200 fine. - First-day essentials provided: sample shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing liquid, and trash bag. - Extra keys (when available): €20. Lost keys or door unlocking during your stay will incur an extra fee: - Between 9:00–18:00: €25 - Other times: €50 - For tenants only: no visitors allowed. - For stays of 2 people, there is an increase of 100 euros in the rent.
