Rental Conditions: To proceed with the rental, a security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required. At move-in, the first month’s rent + one month’s deposit must be paid. We require identification documents and proof of income. We provide support for visa processes, including the rental contract, rent receipts, and assistance with documentation for AIMA for foreign tenants.
