Large living room (40 m2) facing southeast (very bright: large windows overlooking the garden, with no facing neighbours), open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen (dishes and cookware provided), large bathroom with bathtub and shower, and 2 toilets separate from the bathroom. Here are the available rooms: 1) Available from mid-December: The first available room is the most spacious one (15 m2), located in an outbuilding in the garden. It is equipped with a double bed (140 x 200), desk, and wardrobe/closet, for euro587 including charges*. 2) The second available room is 11m2 and located in the house. It will be available mid February but it can be negotiated if you need it sooner!
