Bedrooms can accommodate queen-size beds, nightstands, and personal workspaces. The spacious, sunlit living area provides enough space for a coffee table, sofa, TV stand, and a small dining table with chairs. A newly remodeled kitchen comes fully loaded with tile floors, light-colored countertops, stainless appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, and lots of cabinet space. This home includes a common home office. One of Manhattan’s fastest-growing residential neighborhoods, West Harlem is a popular place to live due to many factors, one being its relative proximity to nearby schools and famous New York City attractions. West Harlem is an active neighborhood best known for its tree-lined, walkable streets and pre-war architecture seen in the iconic brownstones, Victorian rowhouses, and well-preserved brick buildings that blanket the area between the Hudson River and Frederick Douglass Boulevard. Nearly everything you need is just around the corner. A one-minute walk from the front door of the building will get you to 125th Street station for the B and D trains on the IND Sixth Avenue Line. This apartment is a smoke-free unit that includes a flat-screen TV, WiFi, and street parking. If available, you have the option to rent this entire apartment.
