La vivienda dispone de un salón-comedor acogedor, cocina completamente equipada, un cuarto de baño completo y suelo de madera en todas las estancias. Está situada en una excelente ubicación, junto a la Plaza de Toros y muy cerca de la Universidad de La Merced, el Estadio Nueva Condomina, el Hospital Reina Sofía y la estación de autobuses, lo que la convierte en una opción ideal para estudiantes. El precio mensual es por habitación e incluye los gastos de comunidad y mantenimiento. Se ofrece un servicio opcional de limpieza de zonas comunes por 10 €/mes. El servicio de wifi puede estar ya instalado o, en su defecto, puede ser contratado por los inquilinos con la compañía de su preferencia. Los gastos de suministros (electricidad, agua, etc.) se dividen proporcionalmente entre los inquilinos según el consumo reflejado en los recibos. En caso de que solo haya un inquilino en el piso, este será responsable del importe total.
