Hello, dear apartment seekers! Your beautiful room is part of an 80 sqm shared apartment. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, kitchen-living room and hallway. The room has a large window and a parquet floor. The large window makes the room very bright. The apartment was renovated this year. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and everything else you need for living. The washer-dryer is also available and can of course be shared. Your room is equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk with an office chair. We don't have a cleaning schedule. But we do have a cleaning lady who cleans the apartment regularly. The costs for the cleaning lady and cleaning supplies are included in the rent. CoLiving apartment life: Your roommates would be: Chiara (27) - working as a teacher. Creusa (24) - working professional. We imagine shared apartment life to be like this: we can meet in the kitchen to eat/cook, or sit together in the evening, but everyone is also taken into consideration. That means that when the door is closed, you have peace and quiet. We can also do other things together, like sports, bike rides, jogging, beer garden, parties, etc. - but it's not compulsory. The rent includes all costs for cleaning and cleaning products, heating, hot and cold water, internet, electricity. So there are no additional costs for you. Location: very quiet, in the urban area. Shops 5 minutes' walk away (LIDL, ALDI, DM, Edeka, Vollcorner, Alnatura, bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, pharmacy), three minutes' walk to the bus stop and from there about 15 minutes to the city center or 10 minutes to the Oympia shopping center. Parking spaces are right outside the front door, there is also a bicycle storage room. U2-am Hart / U6-Kieferngarten are in the immediate vicinity.
