The apartment is on the fourth floor and has been completely repainted. The common areas include: A 16sqm living room has a couch, two stools and a coffee table. The 4sqm balcony has a table and two chairs. The kitchen is 12sqm. The kitchen with electrical appliances will be installed. There is a bathroom and a separate toilet with a window, a 4sqm balcony with a view. The apartment is right next to the Circus Krone between Rotkreuzplatz, the main train station and the Pinakotheken. 4 minutes walk to Stiglmeierplatz with U1, U7 connection. 6 minutes to the main station by train. On the ground floor of the house is a cozy Italian restaurant and a Thai restaurant. Shops are within walking distance.
