The room: • 12 m2 plus private bathroom • Unfurnished, but wardrobes and a sofa bed can be taken over from the previous tenant • Rent is €990 cold rent, plus around €200 additional costs (electricity, water, heating, internet, broadcasting fee) The apartment is located in Munich – Obersendling, right next to the Aidenbachstraße subway station. Walking distance to the subway station is 5 minutes. With the U3, you can reach the city center (Marienplatz) in 12 minutes without changing trains. Supermarkets, drugstores, bakeries, butcher shops, and everything else you need for daily life are about a 3-minute walk away. I’m not looking for a purely functional shared flat, but rather someone who enjoys a friendly and harmonious living atmosphere. The apartment is spacious enough for everyone to have their own private space, but I’d also enjoy doing something together from time to time. I’m 30 years old and moved to Munich 7 years ago for work. In my free time, I love traveling, skiing in winter, playing beach volleyball in summer, and going to way too many festivals — especially electronic music festivals of all kinds.
