Côté vie de quartier, tu trouveras un Carrefour City (ouvert même le dimanche), une boucherie, une boulangerie et une épicerie juste au pied de l'immeuble. Le Grand Marché de Mulhouse est juste l'autre côté de la rue. Tout est à côté, et c'est vraiment cool :) Le tram qui t'emmène à la gare, et aux 2 Campus se trouve à 500 mètres de l'appart. Il y a un grand parking juste en face de l'immeuble, avec toujours de la place pour se garer. Les charges de 50€ comprennent absolument tout, il n'y a pas un seul euro à ajouter : - Abonnement Internet Fibre - Électricité - Chauffage - Eau Le contrat de bail est individuel : pas de clause de solidarité entre les colocataires.
