You will share: - fully equipped kitchen (new electric oven and fridge) - living room with sofa and smart TV - 2 bathrooms (max. 2 tenants per bathroom) - washing machine - shared veranda from the kitchen/living room There are 4 single rooms in total, so you will share the common areas with 3 other tenants. The atmosphere is quiet and organized, ideal for young professionals or researchers who need a comfortable base in Milan. The building has full-time concierge service (Mon–Sat), also useful for receiving parcels. Fast fiber internet is included in the fixed costs. The flat is located in Via Cassano d’Adda, a well-connected and safe area, only a few minutes’ walk from the new Moncler and Snam head(hidden) and from Fondazione Prada.
