Shared spaces include a fully equipped modern kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee & tea essentials), a clean bathroom with bath/shower, separate WC, and a hallway connecting all rooms. ☑️Your private room is lockable from the inside for your security and privacy. ☑️Shared access to kitchen, bathroom, WC, hallway. ☑️High-speed fiber-optic WiFi (500 Mb/s) throughout. ☑️All shared appliances: laundry machine, dryer, dishwasher, kitchen fully equipped for cooking & baking. I can be reached via HousingAnywhere, (hidden) or call. I'm happy to give tips on restaurants, public transportation, and supermarkets. Etiquette in common areas: Please clean up immediately after use, wash cooking utensils thoroughly, clean surfaces, and ventilate well after use (especially after showering and cooking). The common areas are professionally cleaned approximately every two weeks; in between, all guests are expected to keep these areas clean. Registration: WGB can be provided. Smoking is not permitted. Violations may result in a fee of €500 plus the cost of repairing any damage. Unfortunately, we cannot accept guests who'd spend several hours a day gaming and bring their own PC equipment for that purpose. No pets allowed. All guests are responsible for keeping their own rooms and the common areas tidy.
