Piso en el que vive una familia (aunque habitualmente no está) Alquilamos 2 habitacioones. 325 € / mes (por persona y habitación). Fianza 100 €. Recibos de gas, luz se facturarán según el consumo y porcionalmente (a dividir los recibos de gas, luz entre los ocupantes del piso más uno, me imagino que entre 3). Estimación de luz: de 15 € a 20 € por mes / Estimación gas: sin calefacción: de 12 € a 20 € cada dos meses; con calefacción: de 30 € a 60 € cada dos meses ) Preferible chicas estudiantes. Vas a estar fenomenal. Se podría fumar en la terraza o en el lavadero pero no en el interior de la habitación o zonas comunes del piso. El piso se comparte con la familia que vive (aunque normalmente no está) y la otra persona que vive en otra habitación de alquiler. Desde el 1 de marzo de 2026 al 15 de julio de 2026
